You will need to email     dor_medchanges@state.co.us  to schedule an appointment to bring in your Completed MED application. At this time, you will also be finger printed, picture taken and pay your $100 License fee good for two years. 

It will take about ten days for your official badge to arrive in the mail. You will leave your appointment with your License number so you can start applying for work. You Must have your badge in hand before you may start working in a licensed facility.
